Reminded me that I should've come on here on Friday in celebration. Friday was one year he's been in the US. Everything is well.

There have been a few new developments in the last year as far as the Jamaican Embassy and some procedural issues goes. So, if by chance, anyone comes across this and is considering the visa process, please ask on here or PM me and I'll pass on the info.

AND I almost cried reading JG's stories again. I remember when this was all happening and how excited I was for her when it finally happened.

Awwwwww......you made me reminisce here. How sweet, JC.

As an update things are great. He's adjusted well. We'll be married 2 years in June. His 2 year conditional green card expires in November, so we file for the 10 year green card in August.

Things have changed as far as some of the procedures since then. I still keep up with it all.
