I've been a part of EverythingJamaican.com from before it had the h. This site has come a long way indeed. If you use Alexa's Way Back Machine you can see some snapshots of what the site was like years ago.

EverythingJamaican started out as a personal project based solely on my love for Jamaica and the variety of personalities that exist in its people. Somewhere along the road others that shared in my fondness for my Home also came on the site. Many added what they could, recipes, jokes, pictures and our over populated guestbook which we no longer use was full of complimenting comments.

To further enable the addition of great features we moved from .asp (Active Server Pages) to .php. Unfortunately the transition was not a smooth one as most of the sites functionality was lost during the process and many of the links produced 404 (file not found) pages.

With additional ownership jumping on board, the site now gets the time and effort it deserves. It is after one of the top Jamaican websites.

Team EverythingJamaican would like to welcome back all previous visitors and to welcome all new visitors. Watch us grow, help us grow, we're always listening.

Hey Ducani I am very happy to see it back online as I was once the avid visitor to your site some months ago (1year +)

I remember this site due to one of the most innovative thing I have ever seen on any local site the surfbar or searchbar, do you still have links to the old site or screenshots?, if you do plz post the link. Looking forward to growing with everytingjamaican dis time around.

I havent been here as much as I would like but you and everyone here are still in my heart....if it wasnt for this site..I dont think I would be able to understand my sweety 's ways or his idea of life...lol as we kno it...anywho....I will certainly be glad when U create ETJ a chat so we can interact a lil bit more....oh yeah....if u have one already please let me kno....

Bashy, I like this Thread and it gave me a positive feeling. I linked on after reading your post in my Thread "Is your interest level still the Same." I felt like I was being reintroduced to ETJ.

Is it okay to say that "HEY I AM BACK!!!" and you all are looking good up in here........
After being away, I am hoping that I can get back in the groove of things..
I certainly have missed this community and all I could do....was have time to read some of the quotes,etc......now I can contribute....and that feels sooooooooooo good..

Go here: http://www.archive.org/ Type www.everytingjamaican.com into the box and press the Take Me Back button. You'll see a listing of dates on which the site was archived. It's really fun... many links won't work, but you can see what the pages looked like.

that was really interesting to see what ETJ was like a year ago, two years ago, and even three years ago!!!
