What does Jamaica mean to you and what difference if any has EverytingJamaican Jamaic
Come to my JAMAICA, I’m sure you’ll feel alright
Well, Being Jamaican has its ups and downs but hey I’m Jamaican and I’m proud. Most people see here as the perfect place for vacation, u know sun bathing, chilling out, going out. Trust me this is the place to be.
Jamaica means a lot to me because it is a place of variety and attractiveness. Jamaica has an inherent beauty that is just downright unique. It’s wonderful here. We need a fruit we don’t have to go to the supermarket we can go search our backyard trees or ask a neighbour. Mangos, guinep, oranges , bananas, apples ooh did I say mangoes, hmmm trust me that’s one of our favourites. Not to mention our national fruit ackee that we love so much, but don’t eat this without cleaning it and cooking it you know its not a eat off the tree fruit haha.
Jamaica is rich in heritage and you know we are blessed with a rich culture. Jamaica is has rich history, exceptional cuisine, our delicious jerk chicken with festival or our luscious run down or a nice warm Saturday soup; talented people like our singers, actors, dancers and musicians, beautiful weather which includes our warm and calming sunny or our sweet and cooling breezy. Being here just gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling like everything is alright. In Jamaica no Matter what you are going through when you see those beautiful palm trees and those colourful birds and feel that sweet cool sea breeze you forget those pains and whatever sadness you’ve been experiencing.
EverytingJamaican JamaicaTalk has made me realize how much people love Jamaica and its language as well as its other great qualities. Realising their love, has made me love my country even more because I now know that other people appreciate it and see the true beauty it possess.
A whole book! could not explain the excellent, intriguing, captivating, extravagant, and true beauty that my country possesses so guess what I suggest. Come to Jamaica and chill with me or wherever you please and experience the joys I feel from being here in this paradise of interesting people, beautiful sunsets and exceptional natural beauty.Yeh Man

Thanks for being so generous CutieJ. I feel your spirit is generous and welcoming. I appreciate the opportunity to hear from a Jamaican woman. What part of Jamaica do you live in? Bright Blessings.

Re: What does Jamaica mean to you and what difference if any has EverytingJamaican Ja
My visit to Jamaica was a group of older women, co-workers and we stayed in a resort. I went into town with one of the boys after he got off and i wanted to rip that friggen bracelet off my hand and get lost!!! I absolutely loved it, it reminded me of Trinidad, but much closer to FL, i love the people, and they looooovvvved me! lol

Re: What does Jamaica mean to you and what difference if any has EverytingJamaican Ja
I just got back from my second visit from Jamaica and was missing it as soon as I got on the Air Canada plane to go back here. When I arrived this time, I was rushing around looking for our bus and a local guy came up and said, "yo man why you rush, you on Jamaica time now - relax and smile mon". Well, that just put things in perspective - slowed me down and made me smile. Both times, I cried when I left. I feel totally at home when I'm in Jamaica. I love the food, the people, the landscape, and everything else. What I love most is the uniqueness of the culture and the people's "joi de vie". It is contagious. If you don't leave Jamaica changed on your first time - and wanting to go back - I don't understand
