R.I.P. Break-A-Dawn
DJ Break-A-Dawn from WBLK in New York died at the age of 31 while giving birth to her baby last night!
 The baby survived and is ok.... but unfortunately she has passed. R.I.P.... ONE LAST TIME: "Yo yo yo what's goin on? Who's onthe phone with Hooker and Dawn" Will miss you girl.

I heard, a friend of mine called me this morning to tell me. I don't get WBLK any more it's mostly FLOW 93.5. Can you imagine just dead after having her baby sad really sad

I know after FLOW came in I stopped listening to WBLK... but for a long time that was the station for the Black community in Toronto. I remeber Dawn on there every day I used to listen to her and DJ Hooker... he was a trip too
 but I'll remember her cuz I was on the WBLK tip hard in high school!

She is said to have her funeral service this Saturday at my church, Faith WOrld.
May her soul rest in peace.
