Have you ever asked your boss for a raise? Were you sucessful? How did you approach it?

Yes I asked and I got it. It was easy for me to throw it out there because she was also wanting a raise. So oneday, I walked in her in office and closed the door and had a one on one with her. I simply laid out the facts about my workload and my reliability. She was very receptive. In the end, I got a pretty good raise and a bonus.
