Focus groups.... - Jamaica Talk

Anyone ever participate in a paid focus group?? I signed up with a research company a couple years ago and every once in a while they call with focus groups in the area. Its such an EASY way to make money!

I just got back from one tonight and got $50 for 2 hours of chatting. They are usually put on by a research company for another company. Tonight the company was Mr. Lube. I've done ones on credit cards, news stations, radio stations, etc. Its kinda fun and they pay you in cash on your way out the door.

In Canada I know there is PFI Research, Metroline Research, and Ipsos-Reid.

In the states I dunno but they're easy to find if you do an internet search on "paid focus groups".

I had someone to call me before about one of those. I am never in town to partcipate, but I have heard it is easy money.

WAAAAAY easy money. I do a couple a year and I try to never turn them down when they call.
