I think that is just so sad man. When are we going to get over the fact that we are black and stop treating white/light skin as though it is somehow 'better' than our own? We need to start treating ourselves as though we matter or how can you ever expect anyone else to?

We should proud of our Jamaicaness and our blackness. Some of the most beautiful people in the world are black.
