Jamaican style tattoos
Hiya all, im probably posting in the wrong place, but this is how i have just stumbled on this great forum, i am having a tattoo done on Thursday (today being monday), i have booked in and was orginally having a jamaican flag, then i changed my mind to an outline of the island of jamaica in red, yellow and green, which is what i will proabably stick with if i cant find anything else that catches my eye, im a 31 yr old female and was thinking of having at the top of my arm( this is only my 2nd tattoo other one is on my shoulder). Anyone got any ideas where i could look for ideas at all???? Or does anyone have any ideas, dont want a rasta man though ( only a daughter will wonder what the large ciggie is in his mouth lol), thanks guys and plz tell me if i have posted this is the wrong place
Only 7 mths 17 days till were back in sunny Jamaica.........too long

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
I would like a Jamaica tattoo also.....not sure what to get or what you should get. I did see someone with a Jamaican flag tattooed around her wrist, it was pretty it looked like a bracelet.
Get the rasta man & just tell your daughter you will explain it to her when she gets older

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
Look at Lillith's Canadian Flag/Jamaican Flag tattoo. Love that one.
I have the Jamaican flag tattooed on my lower back. I bought a bumper sticker at a local flag store and had my tattoo guy shrink it down and draw it on me. About a year later, I had Jomo's real name tattooed under it in lettering that matches my name on my shoulder. I love it.

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
Oh, and we saw a lady at the local Jamaican restaurant that had a lion with a crown in JA colors on her ankle. Looked pretty cool.

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
PM (private message) Lillith and ask her to send it to you. She's really nice and will probably help you out. Look under members list and you'll find her.
I tried to search, find it, and direct you there; but I just can't find it. Sorry.
Very cool tattoo.

I was thinking about that also, but I wanted it bigger on my back. I know that's gonna take a lot of time with the detail & everything but it will be worth it.

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
The flag on my lower back hurt like hell. Worth it, in the end, I think.

Re: Jamaican style tattoos
That's similar to an old tatto idea I had. Only mine was the 2 flags on poles, with the poles crossed. Actually now, I think I'll just use Urban's signature
