Lady Rasta, there was no World Cup football finals in 2007. There was no Olympics in 2007. However, there was ICC Cricket World Cup in 2007, and guess what? It was televised in 200+ countries to an audience of over 2.2 billion people.
Check it out.
Superbowl wasn't watched by more people than World Cup Cricket 2007. No way, no how.
Even then, World Cup Football 2006 finals game still drew more viewers than Superbowl 2007.
