I just have to add that Samanda was like "home". Its a little apartment complex where everyone knows everyone....the neighbors literally came and borrowed some salt for cooking, and one of my neighbors shared her liquor with me LOL. The staff is SUPER friendly, the facilities are clean and not one single roach LOL. Just up the hill at Little Shaw Park I've paid triple the cost for half the room size and it has roaches.
