leg lifts


lay on your back and lift your legs bout 5 inches from the ground and hold them there while you crunch!

once you gain strenght....you move the legs up and down only rasing them bout 7 inches but never letting them hit the floor....GREAT for lower tummy!

for upper tummy, i use the ball!
