For the past month, I have been trying to incorporate more fresh fruit and veggies in my diet. I have been greatly impressed with the Raw Food movement and tried green smoothies. I'm telling ya, if I never had to eat anything else raw again, I will drink this stuff once or twice a day for the rest of my life. I have more energy and I feel sooo much better than I have for a long time. I'm ready to move mountains! Here's a video that shows how to make it.

Personally, I like to freeze the bananas and then add 1 big tbsp of natural peanut butter. (Raw peanut or almond butter is preferred if u have the $$ to splurge)
