Since this Out & About Newspaper—Tennessee's Best GLBT Source for News in Print, On TV and On the Web is the source for the photo that you are using, please give the full URL of where you took it from. At face value the site looks like it cover TN, is the image actually from Jamaica?

You can draw your own conclusions but I need to ask where in the article does it say that the man was beaten because he was black?
