Yeah..it's pretty much all over the world..so to pinpoint like its only Jamaica that does that is silly. In all the years I've lived there...I have never heard of such a thing....they only whoop up on people if they do them wrong...or do wrong in general...it has nothing to do with race...and majority of the people in jamaica are black anyway...So it's not like it was predominantly another race...and they just pick out blacks to beat on!??...
