I know you felt disgust at witnessing this type of thing. But it would be a diffrent story if this was YOUR LIFE and you faced this typa thing on a daily basis--

i think what makes the problem worse is the ppl dont really want to DEAL with the race issues. They want to pretend that "we are all the same" "racists are dumb" "only difference is skin deep" ---and when someone comes along and says "NO WE ARE NOT THE SAME...they get a BRAND!--

pretending we are the same is adding insult to the injury the ppl of color face in this world. EMBRACING the differences and appreciating them would take us a WHOLE lot further..

but ppl dont want to do that cuz in my expereince...if you dont share the same view as the masses...its like virtual "lynching" that goes on in here.

maybe when ppl stop being FAKE and start being REAL, we can have a real and true discussion on the subject!


Or maybe some people actually do believe we are all the same. It's not fake when you actually believe it.
