Jamcan I tried
Lost Girl
She walks
Red light streets
Most often
On tired feet
With blurred vision
Foolishly panders
Seeks a destination
Aimlessly wanders
Burnt bridges
Long before
Had enough
Yet wanted more
Her smooth curves
Couldn’t conquer the world
Her oysters
Were missing its pearl
Now lays back
Bills to pay
On her knees
But never to pray
She has fallen
Oh so deep
Her ambitions
She could not keep
At times
A chance to reminisce
Of the stars
She placed a wish
Those days
Of simple innocence
Replaced with
A decadent experience
Now sits lost
All alone
Even though
She is living just
Two blocks from home
