Well I'll say my fav Marley tune because I can't posssibly pick a favourite reggae tune! 
I guess Redemption Song... I also love his OLD record "ntural Mystic"... I have it but forget the song's name but it goes:
"yes mi friend.. dem set mi free again.." I forget it's name but I always have to hear it 2 or 3 times
