Sitings is played with a juice box that is stuffed with newspaper..(hey we jamaicans know how fi compromise man)..two people stand at either ends and then a group of people or it could be you only stand in between..They have to try to hit you out with the 'ball'..and you have to 'site' it..inother words do what you can for them not to hit you with the ball..yuh have to run to either ends while they are throwing the 'ball'...is that explanation enough for you..mi try mi best..
