Jamaicans can travel to countries within the Caricom member states with out a visa. This usually included Cayman but they have recently insisted that Jamaicans have to get one because more and more crime and other activites were increasinly being done by them. I do think you may need a visa to South America though. But once you need to enter either US or British Airspace a Visa from that country will be needed.
Its not hard to get an American Visa really once you have assest and good standing here and they dont think you are gonna run away

anyways. I think right now its about US$100 to apply for one and then the embassy sets and interview date and then its up to the interviewer to grant to visa to you. The person will get either a 5year or 10year visitors visa (what code is dat? k....something)
there maybe more information but just ask ok.
