I never studied Law (per se), but I do know that the Jamaican Legislature is based on the British Judiciary System.
I also know that to practise law in Jamaica (apart from having a JD or LLB) you must pass the Jamaican Bar Exam (not the drinking one. LOL) and be a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
