I do what Jam Can do but I burn the curry in the oil so that that spice gets all up in the oil and the chicken.

I use genral seasons along with some thyme, pimento seed and add some butter. i also sprinkle some curry powder on the chicken as well.
I also season it with some onions, scallion and garlic...and through een some green bell peppers to boost the taste.
