Yah what she said.....but I do it a bit different.
I put the curry in the skillet of oil, let it get hot, then add the water gradually. Then I dump all di chicken in the skillet too and let it sit for a while at a slow boil so when I eat allllll the chicken just soaked in curry! And lots of extra curry sauce to put all over di rice too!
