I don't think its more of a 'rape' issue, its more of a man being a man issue. What female don't like for a man to be agressive during sex? And when its done by the element of surprise, it's even better. And that's where the 'rape' fantasy come in, I don't think anyone on here really wants to be raped!
My fantasy is a lil to explicit for her....but it would include at lease two people from ETJ
