You would get married down there and the you would come back up here and file the k3. You would not need to move and relocate down there. I heard the K3's are moving faster now too. I feel it's a little slower than the k1 because of the additional paperwork. Basically, you're holding off on the paperwork until he/she gets up here on the K1.
