I guess that they are tons of available positions for bartenders in JA....many bars and i guess you have the experience since you have been working in the sheraton (i guess with different standards), so i'll never say it too much try Sandals and Beaches Resorts send your cv man. And i'm sure if you do some reasearch you'll find what you need Ja economy lives because of tourism, they are always recruiting, but beware of the working permit takes some time....but you are already half way there since you seem motivated enough
